Terms & Conditions

1. General

By accessing and using the Samwise Escapade booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, services, and activities provided by Samwise Escapade.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
  • Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to confirm a booking.
  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made *7 days or more* before the booking date are eligible for a partial/full refund (depending on package).
  • CancellationsCancellations made *6 days or less* of the booking date are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be refunded.
  • Refund processing time may take *7–14 working days*.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the booking date.
  • All changes are subject to availability.
  • Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

5. Check-in & Usage

  • Guests must check in at the designated time.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced usage time without refund.
  • All rented equipment (tents, grills, etc.) must be used responsibly.
  • Damaged or lost items will be charged accordingly.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
  • Respectful behavior is required at all times.
  • Illegal activities, excessive noise, or misconduct may result in removal without refund.

7. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

  • Outdoor ⁠Outdoor and camping activities involve inherent risks. These include and not limited to natural disasters and wildlife encounters (insect stings)
  • By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • Samwise Escapade shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss during the experience.

8. Weather Policy

Activities will proceed in most weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather, Samwise Escapade reserves the right to reschedule bookings.

9. Liability Limitation

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Injuries during activities
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

10. Right to Refuse Service

Samwise Escapade reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these terms, poses a safety risk, or behaves inappropriately.

11. Privacy

All personal information collected will only be used for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared without consent.

12. Changes to Terms

Samwise Escapade reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
